Consumer and M2M device manufacturers are increasingly turning to eSIM to deliver new kinds of connectivity services and more innovative form factors. From the Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy S20 to smart meters and asset tracking, the technology is being looked upon as a more sophisticated version of the traditional physical SIM.

Among the benefits of eSIM is its ability to enable smaller and lighter devices, provide easier access to global connectivity, and remotely manage employee devices.

This survey aims to gain insight into the views of the industry, including operators and consumer and M2M device manufacturers, about the uptake of eSIM, which devices and industries are fuelling this uptake, and what are the barriers to adoption. It will also assess the future of the technology, which devices and sectors will be using the greatest number of eSIMs, eSIM's share of global connectivity, and device manufacturers' appetite for adopting the technology in the immediate term.

Your views are greatly valued. This short survey will only take a few minutes of your time and you could win an Apple iPad by taking part. See here for full Terms & Conditions.
