Product teaser: Automate revenue growth with our new CLV Engine.
Maximizing existing revenue and preventing churn, are challenges that we support our clients with every day. After all, retaining existing customers is cheaper than acquiring new ones, right?
To combat this issue, we have developed the "CLV Engine". This innovative new product harnesses artificial intelligence to analyze subscription purchase behavior in a secure environment and generates customer health scores used to prevent churn and grow revenue. The system either automatically intervenes and engages with the customer, allowing them to complete their transaction without human intervention, or flags customers for review by one of your reps, creating resource efficiencies, and ensuring revenue retention.
While still in development we are currently seeing high levels of prediction accuracy. The CLV Engine continues to learn as it processes data, as a result, we expect accuracy levels to improve over time. This product is set for release later this year, stay tuned for more details but for now, check out a sneak peek of how it works below.
Feature preview: Real-time subscription reporting, at your fingertips.
We heard you! Based on feedback from you, our clients, we have been working hard to develop the subscription reporting functionality for the Subscription Commerce Manager. This feature will provide you with real-time and accurate reporting on the performance of your subscription business, allowing you to make timely and informed decisions. This feature is currently in the Beta phase, with the final release set for Q3. We'll be in touch with more details closer to the time.
Reminder the Subscription Commerce Manager or SCM is our web-based platform administration tool, and you can log in with your existing Commerce Assistant credentials via the link below.
